This is why I only average 190
« on: March 22, 2005, 04:16:27 PM »
Hello all,

Guess what I did tonight, or last night what ever.  I open up with a 235 (which shoulda been higher, I went 8/1 in the ninth frame) then shoot 196 which was ok you know it was over my average I was not the happiest but not angry eather.  So I go into game 3 with 431 total thinkin hey I can probly shoot a decent 600 here, WRONG I shot a 147 the last game(yes that really is a 147 AKA Daniel smokes pole score)  I opened the first 2 frames of that game and then open the last 2 also, everything in between was marks I had like a turkey or a double and the rest spares.  I was so mad at myself.  I so need to learn how to adjust, my game would be so much better.  Anyway y'all have a good one.

that's bowling for you....

thinking about shooting 600 after the second game is like "counting the chicks before they hatch" I don't think I said that phrase right, but you know what I mean....

I posted about my problem with second games the other day. it was about me bowling low second games....well, tonight I did it again.....(226,190,212)

I have to learn to adjust and read pin action.....

Reading pin action is important, but you also need to take notice of where your ball is as it goes through the back row.
