How do you prepare mentally?

What mental steps do you use during competition? My steps are:    1.Believe I can win 2.Stay in the present 3.Don't sulk or feel sorry for myself 4.Patience 5.Ignore unsolicited advice 6.Embrace my inner style/personality 7.Have a consistent routine 8.Find inner calm and have fun.I'm doing what I love and,I can't have a fear messing up 9.Focus 10.Relax

I just try to stay relaxed and confident.  I also take my time and visualize how the ball is supposed to feel and look like coming off my hand.  Lastly, I zone in on where my target should be before.  This is all before I even pick up the ball.
