Your form looks pretty good, but if you want to become more "modern" change how you push the ball away. Instead of it being a push away, maybe have it be a hinge type of motion like this http://www.morichbowling.com/MosCorner/January2004/January2004.htm . I had the same push away as you, maybe even more forward. The hinge has helped me out with consintency of my body motion. Just something to try I guess.

For some reason it looks like it's playing in really fast motion to me.  If that is in fact realtime then you have great acceleration through the ball without throwing your timing out of whack.

thats my normal speed...i used to actually sprint to the foul line lol...but ive slowed down alot...i have more videos that i took this weekend at the VA state tournament if anyone would like to see them let me know
