Nice balance at the line that time.
Just a few other things I noticed in the second video.
These are just suggestions that might help you bring your game to a new level. As with ANY changes, they will take a while to work into your game. But after a small dip in scores, you'll come back better than ever
1) You might want to try starting out with the ball further left. This will reduce the lateral moverment of the ball. As it is now, you start with the ball centered & have to swing the ball out left before you can bring it down. This adds another movement, more muscles, and makes it harder to hit the same target consistantly.
2) You have no push away to speak of.... at all...
A good push away puts the whole shot into motion. It adds consistancy to your timing, and imparts even more potential energy into the ball for a bigger boom at the back end. Here's the trouble, a different push away will mess with your timing something fierce when you first start to use it. You will think that you forgot how to bowl all together.
3) Although it's not critical, and is kind of "cookie cutter" suggestion, shortening up your third step will lead to even more power & leverage in your throw.
Like I said earlier though, the consistancy & power you will gain after it becomes part of your swing will by far outweigh the troubles you had learning. PLUS, you've got a whole summer to learn
I switched from a 5 to a 4 step approach & completely changed my swing & timing over the summer. I started out leagues this year +24 pins above my average from the year before.
