Helped today with the installation.  Vasta's Miracle lanes has finally entered the 90's. 15 year old Brunswick 2000' s. Gotta start somewhere I guess.

I prefer the old days with the plastic sheets and the grease pencils.  Lots of fun penciling in all the goofy stuff like fences and dollars signs.  During  tournaments the local high school bolwers would act as scorekeepers and we'd all give them tips.

I remember the fun of keeping AS-90s with the CCD cameras up and running. As I recall the weak links were always the ball detectors down by the camera or pinsetter, and the driver boards for the settee CRT monitors.

I may be the only one to post this but I would prefer to go back to keeping score by hand. I think it kept everyone involved in the game more. And from what I've seen the younger and lesser experienced players have trouble learning how to keep track of what's going on without the automatic scorers.
