Doesnt that pretty much describe much of Moreno Valley?

This area, being a FAIRLY new community, was/is highly sensitive to changes in the CA RE market. Almost no where else, does the price of real estate roller coaster as much as this city does..

So, it doesn't surprise me at all..

Even in the best of areas out here, bowling alleys are closing..
