I think one of the things to focus on is making sure you are working on that one thing and one thing only. Try to put all your focus, and energy that you are going to keep your swing loose. The ball should feel like it’s free in your back swing as well as downswing. I try to let people know just let the ball fall into the swing either pushing away, rounding the swing, or just dropping the ball into the downswing. Once you feel as though your using less muscle (this is a process take your time) try not to think about the release or anything like that. The only thing that you should be looking at is your mark/area because that is always good to practice that when working on getting better. One thing you will really notice is the ball speed depending on how natural and loose the swing is it can either be slower or faster.
I have been working on this for a long time and I watch videos as well and I have been trying to figure out how in the world to get the arm swing loose and as less as muscle as possible. A very good friend told me to make your push away and downswing yours be original and do what feels comfortable to you and now I can say doing this has helped a ton.
