Most of this has been in other posts. I figured that I would consolidate here.
The following is from the most recent Bowler's Journal Inc. Cyber Report:

*** Columbia Industries announced a restructuring this past week that saw the realignment of that division’s sales force and the departure of several Track personnel. “It was a reduction in our overall work force, and the changes will fortify the Columbia business for the coming season and the future,†said Chip Zielke, San Antonio firm’s marketing maven. “As difficult as it is, we sometimes have to let people go through that process.†The big news was the elevation of Phil Cardinale to Vice President of Sales for Columbia Industries, where he also will head up the Track, AMF300 and Dyno-Thane brands, including the sales efforts. As part of that realignment, R.J. Broege is the new Track East Regional Sales Manager, Bugsy Kelly has been named Track West Regional Sales Manager, and Mike Judy remains as the Track Midwest Regional Sales Manager.
*** The Columbia realignment also saw the departure of Del Warren, who resigned as Track President. Meanwhile, Dawn Warren, Chuck Gardner and Alex Rios also left the company. Del wasn’t unattached for long, hooking up with The Kegel Co., where he has been named Vice President of the training facility and tournaments, and also USBC liaison. Kegel head John Davis regarded the Warren appointment as a critical one in terms of a potential appointment eventually. “For the past five years, I have been actively working on succession planning,†wrote Davis. “Too much of my company depended on my personality. So this appointment is for now, and for the future. Del is the perfect person to replace me in a lot of areas.†Warren was thrilled with the idea of joining a company so vitally connected to education and the furthering of the sport.
