I was wondering what side of the grips do you use the lips or the ovals? Thanks

I use turbo ovals.

Remember if you use vise turbos take into account the pitch of the insert itself. when you put your finger in a lift you are at i believe 3/16 forward pitch.

I like ovals... but also love the ovals with the little "hump" inside of the oval, for the pad of your finger... have no idea what they are called but the feel niiiice

Strange to see so many people liking ovals....maybe im the strange 1.

even more strange, seems like more people with hand choose ovals, i just cant get the feel right with ovals.....at all, & my rev rate is well above 400
