I would really pay attention to the oil lines on the ball after whipping them down... Once the ball appears to have as much oil on it as it did before the cleaning, then maybe reapply it, etc.
I did not notice any amount of more hook so forth but I did notice the ball had 3/4 or more less oil on it when coming back... It really made the ball feel better to the touch though. Probably a real good product to maximize ball performance. Enjoy, John
