I'm really frustrated! I know exactly what to do to get a strike or a spare but the problem is I have no damn accuracy and when I do hit my mark the next shot is rarely the same i have a 153 average in league and I can barely keep it I would rather have my old crappy form and having decent scores then good form and crappy accuracy and crappy scores it's so frustrating I'll be like ok I have to stand 20 (3 board drift) throw down 10 and I'll stand 20 and throw it 8 or 9 or 11 12 and when I do hit it it's a a few frames later and I have another crappy game the guy I was going to work with is on vacation or something for summer and the guy in the pro shop is really stupid I don't even wanto buy tape from this guy AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its not that hes tryin to cover to much, its that he cant be consistent with his mark. If you have a plastic ball, go to the bowling alley, and shoot for a mark. Dont try for score, or even for the ball to come back in, just to hit your mark. Bowl a bunch of games doing this, it really is annoying but helps. You'll start to get closer and closer every time. If you dont have a plastic ball, just use a house ball, same thing, it doesnt matter. Dont think about it alot either, that just psychs you out and you miss your mark badly. Get up on the approach, find your mark, and just do it to it.

lol dude, seriously, just take a chill pill. Its not the end of the world, everyone has had this problem. I had the same problem with I learned to stop crossing my arm over thru my swing, I know how you feel. Just instead of getting all frustrated, sit down, take some deep breaths, and chill. Dont let things get your panties in a bunch man. And as for your thumb hole, take it to your driller, he/she will most likely open it up some for free.

But for real, stop trying to guide the ball down the lane (i do that once in a while, mostly during long strings).  and also, try staying behind the ball until your just about to release the ball.  and for god sakes RELAX.
