I only have 3 league sets left until I turn 30.
So far bowling wise, I have:
·been front 10 twice, front 9 once, and front 8 three more times. high game of 287, and high series of 761
·Managed to go from a 163 youth league average 12 years ago, up to a 205 high so far this year, while twice taking 1.5 years off, and no actual coaching, but picking up tidbits here and there
·Covered a 7-10 and a Big Four
·Taken 2nd in a local Annual HDCP Singles Tournament with about 65 entrants
In the last year, with some very minor coaching, have begun developing a release to get more axis tilt, and learn to play further left (right handed) with some speed. I have managed to also get my arsenal plan in order, and am only 1 or 2 pieces short of what I feel I can be a complete for me arsenal, but have a very workable one currently. I have my sights set on 220+ in the next 2 years, with sights set on being a "feared" bowler when I walk in the door, and winning at least one tournament somewhere. Also would like at some point to enter myself in a PBA event somewhere for the experience, and learning experience, and who knows.
Here's to practice, smart ball choices, smart adjustments, and a little luck!
