They've either been snorting something or have never looked at what prices most places sell bowling balls. It's called out of touch with reality.

Worst example is a Track 300C for $145. Some balls were never sellers and they still want $25 - $100 more than the ball sold for originally.

You guys are right on the money with your comments. The only thing I would like to add is that although the prices are very high, if the ball is discontinued as most are AND someone killed with the ball, they are willing to pay about anything to get another one. I have seen it so many times its funny, but you know what, they feel good about getting that ball and they are happy....

Oh well...

Jeff,
I found the site, while looking for an EPX-T1... I have one that has been plugged 8 times.
It's mostly plug material.... Still the best ball, I've ever used. At least for my game.

Of course, Rich and others, one man's toy is another man's treasure.

One other factor that many people ignore is that many of these are older balls that are nostalgic because of the good use we got from them LONG AGO. However, except for very strong balls like the EPX, most are not the same balls we could use today on today's oils. We like them and want them just because of what we thought of them back when. True, some of the medium oil balls back then will handle lighter oil now, but we still have to test them to see if this is true.
