I went bowling tonight, rode my bike to the alley. I didnt have any of my equipment, didnt have my shoes, just went for pure fun. Got a pair of house shoes, picked up a ball that fit me fairly well, not a big hooking ball, and bowled. Didnt think about release, just threw the ball, and hit my mark. I bowled better today then I have in a while, it was just fun. I also bowled tonight with some of my friends, one game, during rock'n bowl with music and such. So much fun. I really need to "just throw it" from now on. I do so much better.
