I E-mailed AMF approx. 2 weeks ago asking some questions about what balls they have that would be as close as possible to the Angle Evolution Extra. Within 24 hrs. I received an E-mail acknowledging they received my E-mail and they would have the technical person answer my questions and offer suggestions.......Well, that's the last I heard from them. Has anyone else had that type problem with AMF?
I guess this is why their balls don't sell as well as balls from Storm, Brunswick, Ebonite, Track, Lane 1, etc. All of these mentioned places normally answer within 24 hrs. and 48 hrs. at the most. If AMF doesn't care about the customer or potential customer, why should the customer care about them? Due to the recent sucess of AMF balls plus I had great success with their Evolution line, I was wanting to try one of their balls again, but I won't now since they don't care about the customer.
