Just got the rule yesterday and bowled three frames when the ball came back with a gauge in the track area. Went to the proshop asked would this effect the ball and he said yes and that the house should replace the ball. Went to the front desk to show them. The kid behind the desk takes the ball to the manager and her boss who just happened to be there at the time. After a couple of hours the manager says she will have it replaced. This house usually you have to fight to get the proplem resolved and takes a while. So this came as a very pleasant suprise since its an amf house. I should have the new ball today so I can put a review for it on this site.
