An answer to the USBC??
« on: April 30, 2005, 05:03:29 PM »
I am not going to get into specifics here, just a thought that I am throwing out is all.

BTW....if they are the "IT, THE ONLY" would that not be considered a monopoly?

Anyway. If the new rules passed by the USBC do not make everyone happy and someone were to start an entirely new sanctioning body would you jump ship and join the new one?

I would.

I also have a name picked out. The BAA. Bowling Alliance of Americans.

It is definately not about bowlers. The USBC is about money. Have any over you heard that the thought is to only allow a ring ONCE per bowler for life time? Meaning, shoot 300 you get one ring. NOT one ring per year as it is now, but ONE ring PERIOD.

If someone starts something, gets the  buzz going and the USBC sees that the bowlers are not going to put up with things simply being decided without voicing their opinions then maybe they would atleast listen. If they see that it could impact their WALLETS I am sure they would do something.
