Thanks...
Popping up at the line, (slight knee injury keeps from staying down to long, I am getting old ;-))), plus slight early timing can cause that to happen as well.)

I only had time to review release 1 and it looks as tho he comes around the side too much.  (different releases for different shots, 45 degree rotation shown)

Drift is same every time.... tape comes and goes as needed.  Swing is actually rather loose, I use forward thumb pitch so i HAVE to relax or it will not come off the hand

I tackled the big file (side view of 38 megs)...   First of all, I must say overall it looks really good!  As posted above, I have to agree... probably better than 90% of the bowlers in my area.  Good balance through out and solid at the line.

Your timing appears to be very good at the point of release (thumb exits just before the ankle at the bottom of the swing).  The release looks good...the ball is projected down and into the lane off the hand (not hitting up on it).  Nice follow through and projection of the ball out on the lane.

The only issue I noticed (which probably really isn't an issue) is from the beginning, it appears as if you push-away starts a touch early (i.e. just a touch before your second step in your 5 step approach).  Because your timing at the release is very good...you are "catching-up" somewhere along the way.  This is probably accomplished by a little faster tempo.  This probably gives you a little extra ball speed (which is great all the time except for very heavy oil).

Overall, I would say you look very solid though.
Congrats!

Yes, it would matter to me because if it was standing you would of left a spare to practice on instead of that strike you got. Ne wayz don't try and take this as me bein an a hole. So 4 get it.

Strapper, great evaluation.  Timing is a bit early.  So here is the scoop.  I threw 4 balls as a coach friend of mine was in town coaching a bunch of appointments i set up for him.  In between students we filmed me 6 shots.  After seeing several coaches from team USA Fred Borden to Silver USA Coach's Mike Jasneau (Reno ABC's) to Doug Barker (Louisville, KY)all have said the same thing.  Good in a lot of areas but i can get early timing.... mostly Doug suggested shorter first step and slighly delaying the swing to get it in line with cadence of approach.  I never have trouble with oil usually dry is a *^&&*+^&**&% for me.  So after shortening the step and delaying the swing things seem better.

I was wondering what the novices and more experienced coaches / students of the game would see.
