I haven't seen any discussion on this. This is one amazingly well done video by Dean Champ. I used to watch videos of the pros to pick up on modern bowling techniques that I learned about but didn't totally grasp. I wish I had this video before, I'd have it all condensed in a high quality 10 minute video. Quite the cheat sheet.

Nice video representations of the coaching articles found on Slowinski's bowlingknowledgeinfo site.
Knee continuation? Just a result of staying down at the line with good knee bend. Momentum. Watch Mika. Straight leg, no "continuation".
