only this time it is where I have bowled for the last 8 years.

I have posted many times about the owner being a non-bowler. He was in it for the money. He lives 4 hours away and usually paid someone to manage the center. He had it leased out the last year but the operator was unable to keep up the the high payments.

Several of us are trying to locate a building or location that would be less expensive to lease or purchase.
