What ball should I buy?
« on: February 21, 2005, 12:58:44 PM »
Well, after a transaction flopped in buying a rule from someone on here, I am beginning a search for a new ball. The problem is, I'm not really sure what I want. I currently have a Track Hexplosion and a Brunswick Fuze Eliminator. I want something that can tackle the heavier stuff, but is still controllable. Here are the balls I am considering.
Track Rule
Brunswick Inferno
Brunswick Raging Inferno
Brunswick Ultimate Inferno

Maybe some others....let me know what you guys think....

For heavier stuff, go with a UI.  You COULD also go with a Rule sanded down (to 800-grit or so), but the lower RG of the UI makes it a better candidate for heavy stuff  The Rule is an awesome ball though!  No matter what you pick, I'm sure you'll be happy.

I would not go with the inferno unless you throw a lot of revs without much speed. For me it's more of a medium to medium light oil ball.
