I’m about ready to take the PA systems microphone and shove it down a desk mans throat.

There seems to be a lot more announcements made now than in the past. And when they are made before bowling starts I can live with that but it seems like we are constantly being interrupted during the league session.

Some voices are better than others but last night we had a particularly grating one. I was shooting at a ten pin early in the fourth game had taken a step and I suddenly hear “Bowling on lanes 19 & 20, Joe Bowler has just won 75 cents playing Keglers cash”, I lost my concentration for a split second, pulled the shot some and just barely made it. Sometimes I can stop but I was far enough along this time I was committed to the shot.

Maybe I could put on some blinders that extend about 8 inches out and put on head phones giving me inspirational messages.
