Another One Bites The Dust
« on: November 06, 2008, 01:18:19 AM »
I noticed that the bridge on an older Track Revmaster has cracked. No big deal. I have a few balls that has happened to. Looking last night, the crack travelled through the finger hole and went the whole way around the ball, ending up about an inch above where it initially started. This occurred in a matter of a couple days. My last ball to crack the whole way around was an AMF Whiplash, but it took the majority of the summer to do it. Makes you wonder what kind of internal pressure is inside your bowling ball that can cause it to self-destruct. I have tried to break apart a bowling ball. Not an easy task.
I'd muck rather lose one on a devastating pocket strike than to die on my ball rack, untouched. Feel free to console me with your sad tales of balls meeting similar fates. Thanks for lookin'.
