Any adult tournaments in/near Houston, Tx?

I havent bowled in a tournament in a LONG time, & would like to get back into some real competition.  Are there any decent tournaments in/near houston that r scratch singles?  I only know of 1 scratch tourney & its doubles & every other week at Max Bowl North on Wilson Rd.  Im not opposed to doubles so much really, its just that im back after not bowing for 6 years, & im only bowling 1 league right now, & its a sunday night fun league.  So, needless to say, i dont have anyone that i can bowl with from my league, at least not in a scratch doubles tourney.

Anyone got any ideas?

Might be better to post this in the region forum, But to answer your question not much going on right now that I know of. We just had the citys best tourny at dynamic this past sunday on a sport shot. Theres supposed to be a tourney at max bowl north thanksgiveing weekend or the weekend after I believe its going to be scratch.

Forgot to add they run a scratch tourny at diamond lanes every once in a while and it should be comeing up soon.
