Just curious what rituals certain people may go through before league/tournaments. I try to get at least 5 hours of sleep on a bowling league night (since I work overnights and have to be up to get my daughter off the bus in the afternoon, that's all I can afford at the time), but on tournament days I get a full 8 hours of sleep. I also try to eat at least 2 hours before I'm scheduled to bowl- need to have a full stomach but not feel bloated while bowling.
I also spend 5 minutes with relaxation/breathing exercises to get myself mentally prepared for bowling at some point the day of bowling.
