I have a coach, I drift 2 boards I think to get the right feel of bowling you need your bowling shoes on and ball in hand. Who can afford to practice all day I know I can't this is the next best thing you can practice your whole approach and release with just an approach you could get hours of practice a day for free. Of course nothing takes the place of a lane but this is the next best thing it is worth a try.
