I suspect MichiganBowling wont toot his own horn, but I recieved all call from him the other night from after his tuesday league. He shot 816 with a high game of 279. This is his first all time sanctioned 800. Way to go!!!

Congrats Brian, very good shooting.  I've never seen an 800 thrown, had to be an incredible rush for that first one.

Hey Moe, where are you from in MI?

Wow, I don't know if I can take any more compliments.  hahaha.  Thanks so much everybody.  It's been a long time since I've been nervous, and I was really nervous going into the 10th, but I threw a great shot on the 1st one, then 2 really bad ones that I got lucky on, haha.

Moe, I bowled it at Galaxy Lanes in Grand Blanc.  Even though the shot is easy there, I can honestly say I've never bowled that good in my life.

Thanks again to all, but Bones, I must confess that I did practice on PBA pattern A the day before for about 2 hours.  I definitely think that practice session sharpened me up for the big score!

I'm just going to get the free ring.  I'm a cheapo and won't spend the $400 or whatever for the gold ring.  I'll probably give it to my mom anyways.

What's with all the Detroit/Flint people??  Isn't anyone else from the tri-cities?  Speaking of Detroit - did anybody else go to today's Can-Am Baker tourney??? Brutal - they put out a variation of the US Open shot...ugly only 3  teams out of 61 were plus for the day.
