Hey Atlantans!

The long-time secretary of my main league lost his job here in Detroit a month or so ago, and he has lined up another job, but it's in Atlanta.  He starts there in early February, so this Friday or next at the latest will be his last night in our league.

If any of you out there are from Atlanta and can suggest a good ball driller, pro shop, and some good bowling centers in Atlanta, I'd appreciate it so I can pass it along to him.  He's a good guy and he'll be a real tenderfoot in Atlanta, so I'd like to help him out.

I know Atlanta is a huge area, and I don't know exactly what part he will be in, but if I can find out this Friday, I'll post it here.

Sorry it has taken so long to see this.  I found it by mistake.  BUT....as a resident here in the ATL for 23 years, BY FAR, the best I have come across is Dannial Cohen.  Being a ball driller myself, I could easily say myself, but I am not conceited and know this not to be true.  Dannial is a great guy and the most knowledgable pro shop owner I have ever come across.  He is located inside AMF Gwinnett Lanes in Norcross (12-15 miles northeast of downtown).  Hope this helps.

Thanks, I'll pass that along!  He is already on his way--last Friday was his last night bowling in my league.  His new employer is putting him up in an apartment for awhile until he finds a place, and his wife is still here trying to sell the house.  He says he'll have his laptop with him and will still have the same email address at least until his wife gets the house sold and closes out all the utilities.  (This is why I like to use Yahoo and gmail more than the email account I get with my Internet service provider.)

I asked him what part of the area he is moving to, and the hubbub made it hard to hear his answer, but I think he said the Smyrna/Marietta area, if that makes sense.
