Title: Anyone going to the Bowling Expo in Vegas next week?

I may get a chance to go.  Just wondering if others from here will be there.

Nope...too much of this thing called 'work' during the day, and practice and preparation for next month's mega-bucks tournaments at night.

Can anybody go? Or do you have to be a bowling industry belonging to a company person? And does it cost anything?

I'm sure it cost.  You must be an owner/manager to attend.  If I go, I'll be helping out with a booth.  I think they want me for my good looks

If anyone has the chance to go, don't miss the Bowl Expo. Most bowlers are in awe, when they go to their first ABC tournament. They notice all the bowling ball companies booth's there as well as others.

Well, if you think the ABC tournament is awsome, the Bowl Expo is 10 times bigger..!! Every bowling manufacturer is there from around the world. As well as new products, food and so on for bowling centers.

If you can make it to Vegas, it will be a site to see. Plus, it's in Las Vegas. You can't go wrong..!! =:^D

Anyone can go. I think the cost for the 2 day event is $50.00. It's well worth it..!! =:^D

I would love to be able to go but I can`t. However, my local pro shop guy will be there and if you are going, I would recommend stopping by and seeing him. He is the inventor of the Max-Y grip. His name is Carl Hoffmire.

I started using the grip about 5 years ago. I was only averaging about 178 at the time. The first year I used it, my average went up 15 pins. The following year I went to 199. Hit 200 the next year and haven`t looked back since.

He has been written up in a few magazines and has drilled for some of the pros. He went on tour with the seniors last year and was drilling up balls for them at their stops.

Basically, the grip makes the hand fit more anatomically correct around the sphere. I can`t say enough about this guy. This grip has done more for my game than any of the new technology out there.

If you are going, do yourself a favor and stop by and talk to him. He is a hell of a nice guy to boot.
