I have a fairly decent mpeg file of me and my horrible form but my dial up keeps dropping when I try to upload it to me website.  It will let me upload it in my email account though so I am able to send it out.  Anyway I just wanted you guys to help critique me a little bit.  I'm gonna go see a friend of mine this week for a little advice but I don't wanna go up there and have him pulling his hair out... lol j/k Carl.  I don't think there is a heck of alot wrong but every little bit of input can't hurt.  Anyway drop me a message if you want to help get the mpeg up for everyone to see.  Thanks alot...
