Anyone use a magnetic bracelet?
« on: April 10, 2010, 05:56:19 PM »
Im considering getting a magnetic bracelet to help with some slight wrist problems ive had for quite some time.  Its nothing serious, just a slight pain, ive had the issue for about 14 years, its bearable, but gets annoying.

Anyone use 1?  if so, does it help?

im using one of the silicone band from this company http://www.phitenusa.com/

it was a gift.my skeptic nature would have prevented me from buying it.

i have been wearing it regularly for 3 months now.  I can explain to you why the sky is blue or how air conditioner works. But this is one of the few things i cant explain.

but i can tell u, it works.. i just dont know how. well its not going to take away a broken arm, or a serious sprain. but those annoying notches or tightness, it can handle.

Kinalyx,

I have used a magnetic bracelet for about 12 years.  I had severe wrist pain and one of the older members of our league told me about the effects of magnets on the joints.  After using one for about 2 weeks, the difference was amazing.  I went from having trouble lifting a gallon of milk to almost no pain in my wrist.  I talked to my Doctor about it and he said that magnets do not cause any harm so if they work, go for it.  Hope this helps.
