I've decided to change my life style and get back into shape and to return/train in Martial Arts again. But, I'm getting itchy for (heavy) weight lifting which I did decades ago. I'll be doing yoga as well..
How bad, or good, does weight lifting effect bowling physical game? Does anyone have experience to share?
(Lately, I'd rather go to the gym than to the bowling alley which is in the same parking lot.)
