Ball Cleaning & Maintenance

OK, I have a STORM TOO HOT & a CORE POWER LRG. What is the best way to keep these balls working like new? You hear so much about balls wearing out these days & I'd rather that happened latter than sooner.

I use 409 to wipe off surface oil after every set I bowl. Every 30 games or so, use a good deep cleaner like Track Clean N' Dull or Neo Tac's Renew It. Then every 60 games, extract the oil and resurface it. In order to extract the oil, I usually fill a bucket with degreasing dish liquid and warm/hot water. Place the ball in the bucket and let sit for 15 minutes. Take out and wipe the extracted oil with a towel and some 409. Repeat as needed. Or you can take it to your local pro shop and have them do it for you!!

Yes, I forgot to mention the Elixir. Great stuff, apply every 30-45 games or so and even particle equipment will last a long time!!
