April 15th book averge question

When does the books close for our averages this year?  I have league at 9 pm on Thursday the 15th and I would like to know if that day will count towards my book average.   Do the books close at the beginning of the day or the end of day on the 15th?

Here locally, the averages go till the end of league.

Secretaries in our association have to turn in average sheets with scores up to and including April 1st.  It must be a local thing.
