Need help breaking a irritating habit
« on: July 19, 2012, 10:48:53 AM »
I've been bowling for about 4+ years now. I've been in the bad habit of planting and throwing at the line. I would like to break this annoying habit but haven't been able to as of yet. On a house shot I'm 210+. On a sport pattern I'm horrible. It's due to the planting and throwing. When I get to the line it's heal first then toe.
If anyone has some advice it would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

If you are in Rocklin/Roseville/East Sac, you should contact Debra Haggerty. She can fix that problem for you.
