Go for it.  You can tell me all about it later.

If there is no cost to play, then it is not illegal.  Is there a cost to play the game?

Illegal, shmelegal.  I'm in the bracket.  It's intersting.  They are charging $4.95 for one week, and $18.95 for the whole season.  They give out weekly prizes for the top 5 finishers (1st gets a free Lane 1 ball of their choice).  Then, at the end of the season, they give out prizes to the top 3 point accumulations.  If you are able to pick a perfect bracket (you get every match right for that tournament) you earn $25,000.

I'm in it just to keep it interesting, didn't do too well the first week though.

Yes, please know what you are talking about before you open your mouth.  BBM is NOT illegal whatsoever.  You are paying for the service that they provide as ESPN and many other sports fantasy leagues usually offer a league where you can pay to join with prizes for top finishers.

Is bowling illegal because we have prize funds?

Michigan, I LOVE your tag line.  I say that EVERY SINGLE WEEK, lolol.

"Okay, fine, one more.  I'm serious!  One more game and I'm gone.  I have dinner reservations with the girlfriend at 6.  What?  It's 6:30?  Ah hell, let's go all night then!"

haha.  Thanks highheat.  I've seen many, many a bowler bowl many, many a "final" pot game in any given night.  Ok, so I've done it too.  When you're winning, it's hard to quit, no matter how full your pocket gets.

Or is it, when you're losing, it's hard to quit no matter how many times the ATM says your card is maxed out?

Yikes, I think I got problems.
