Are we really bowlin on
« on: February 01, 2009, 06:13:00 AM »
I notice on this site and others, that alot of bowlers who make reviews of balls are bowling on Med-Heavy conditions. So in a Bone'sesk type post, with all the complaints about the THS, are we really bowling on the amount of oil with think we are? Putting some oil outside the 10 board doesn't always mean we are bowling on Med-Heavy or Heavy oil.

lol you are totally right. most of the people here who do reviews think that if they cant swing it from 30 to 5 they are on heavy oil...heaven forbid you have to play up 5 board...or even 2 board!!! OOOOOOOO NOOOOOO!!!!

thats why i quit watching ball videos because they are all done on the house shot of "medium to heavy oil" and every ball looks the same!!! or at least pretty close to the same...its dumb and annoying.

if the reviews were done on sport patterns (which i think should be what every league is bowled on) then maybe ball videos would be more respectable and people would get a real taste of what heavt oil is!!!
