I did something to my bowling wrist at the end of my summer league last year.  Don't know what I did to it or how, but it did hurt quite a bit.  Only hurt when I was bowling though....didn't bother me when I golfed, which I found a bit strange.

When the summer league ended, I took a month off from bowling.  When that month was up, my mens league was starting up and the wrist was fine....haven't felt so much as a twinge in 6 months.

I have hurt just about everything from bowling...

worst one was having to have my knee scoped twice.  the first time was from sticking at the line and went straight down and sheared a piece of cartilage off the back of my knee cap.  missed 6 week.  second time was from the wear and tear of bowling 4 night a week and they cleaned it out but this time they also had to reposition the knee cap about an inch back to the right.  I missed about 8 weeks but it took about 3 months to feel like I could trust the knee again.  I had carpel tunnel surgery that took about 6 weeks to be able to hold a ball again.  Tore my right Bicep muscle bowling a 9 game block a couple of years ago.  Switch immediately to 15 pound equipment after that.

Lets see if I can have the worst bowling injury? I went to the Reno nationals in 07 and met the famous Tenpinspro and told him about my left leg swelling up. Didn't bowl to bad, went to a bone and joint clinic in Indiana and found out my left knee needed to be replaced.

Fast forward to now, got knee replaced, infection, Didn't have a knee for 2.5 months and was on daily IV antibiotics and could have died from the infection, got another knee put in.

I just threw my first ball this past December and its still not right. Don't have much bend, but have got my average up to 195. Used to be 215. So I was off the lanes for 16 months?

Be very careful with your biceps injury, see a doctor before bowling again.  I have known bowlers that have detached their bicep completely.  --  JohnP
