« on: November 04, 2008, 07:45:14 AM »
hey,
i have been having trouble the last year or so with elbow tendinitis. would an ace elbow support sleeve help with that? or one of the those arm bands with the gel pack maybe? my one of my proshop guys wears one of them i am not sure what for though. and i am away from home for school until december so i cant really ask him. if you need to i can tryand find a pic of the arm band.

I have had elbow problems for years.  I used to get 3 or 4 shots per year also until I tried magnets.  My sister tried them on her back and she swore by them, so I also tried them on my inner elbow.  I have been bowlng for over 10 years with no pain and no shots. Try one of the Robby mag elbow braces.  Can't say it will work for everyone, but it worked for me.

I've had both robby elbow breaces and they both work.  I currently use the magnet (more expensive $40), but both help with elbow tendonitis.  Not sure if I see a difference in mag vs non mag, but it couldn't hurt trying either.
