It is a bit dark, sorry. My lanes are always like that. I have been trying to stay low, but it throws off my aim but Im still practicing. About that timing issue, I think your right to. I used to be alot worse though, like, a cranker timing with tweener revs. I am still curious to find out how many revs I get though. Will work on that some time or another.

LOL nah man, Im wearing Tour Ultras!!! I do have a shorter second step due to the fact of my odd timing. I pause to let my backswing get farther then start walking again, I used to get to the line and my ball would only be about half way down!

No I shortened my step so that I get to the line later therefore making me more even with the motion of the ball.

You could also use some knee bend and not be so "stiff" throughout the approach. Bend the knees and loosen up a bit and that would help the loft problem as well.

Knee bend

Stay low till the shot is done.  Think of yourself as a fighter jet and the bowling ball is your smart bomb.  (My 13 year old loves it when I say that)

If you imagine yourself walking down four steps, slowly getting lower to the line till you slide, that might be a trick to help you get low and stay low.

I see a backswing that that is my virtual right handed twin. You have muscle in your swing both in the back motion and in the forward motion. Let the ball fall on its own after pushaway and do not rush it or try to pull it through the motion, as gravity takes care of that. (evidence of that is watching the deceleration at the top and slight pulling behind the back in the swing and exceleration on the forward motion of the swing.) Follow through out towards the mark and not up so much. Try practicing with no pins so you are shooting at a mark another drill is to put a piece of tape 40ft down the lane and hit it also. Another good drill for muscle swings is a one-step shot. Just pushaway, release and follow through. Do not try to throw for speed just a pure unmuscled swing. This is a good drill to build muscle memory(or a lack of muscle) You have a good young game and you should see a good coach to get you out of the small quirks you currently possess. If you can get a good release now your game will come together much quicker.

Again, ignore presto.  He's a professional pain in the rear.  Never has anything good to say about videos.  Lose the loft, though.  Maybe have your span and thumb hole size/pitch rechecked.
