Ball with "B" stamped on bottom?

I just got a ball in trade Friday, and just noticed that it has a "B" stamped on the bottom.

 - Does that mean it's a Blem from the factory?
 - If so, don't you think the seller should have disclosed this fact?

LOL! Ok wise guys! It's a Storm ball. I referenced it being on the bottom because if the label area is the "top" of the ball, the B is stamped on the bottom. It's about 1/2" high. Looks like an engraving letter as done with initials, only without the color filled in, and a little deeper.

Does it have the numbers engraved on it? If not, it may represent that its a blem ball.

The B is stamped just below the serial number...

Do you think that this ball is legal? Should the seller told me that the ball was a blem before agreeing to a deal?

There is always the slim chance that the seller didn't know what the B stood for either. Maybe he bought the ball from someone less that honest.
