im a speed dominant player , right now i have an ebonite pivot drilled pin under for the oil swamp conditions a lord field off the chain for the mediums drilled what looks like what used to be called leverage , im thinking of getting a columbia freeze solid to sit under the off the chain and mabey a strike king for the bone dry , does this sound like a decent arsenal , and any suggestions . thanks larry m.

It actually sounds pretty good. My one thing, is everything I've seen from the Off The Chain points to it being a medium/broken down medium ball. It might be possible you could need something inbetween the Pivot and OtC with being speed dominate. However, if you don't feel like you'll have a problem then I'd say youre headed In the right direction

Is this for walled up house shots or more challenging oil patterns?  It looks okay for house shots where ball reactions are a little more blended between arsenal selections, but on sport shots you may have some gaps that you might want to address...

would my loaded revolver say at 1000 abralon fit there??

I'm hesitant to make black and white statements when there are so many variables at play.  Lane type, age of the lanes, how well they are maintained, oil pattern, ball surface roughness, etc...

You are also utilizing 3 or 4 companies (depends on how you look at it) to set up an arsenal.  It can be tough to judge where ball X from company Q stacks up against ball Y from company Z.

My point being this - asking for arsenal advice online is kind of like self diagnosing your own illness on Web MD.

I would say there is a good chance that could work since the Loaded Revolver has low rg and high diff core in the Jack. Maybe 2000, 1000 might be too much

I would say there is a good chance that could work since the Loaded Revolver has low rg and high diff core in the Jack. Maybe 2000, 1000 might be too much

IMHO -big gap between the Freeze Solid and Strike King, trouble is I'm not familiar enough with Lord Field equipment to hazard a guess on the other side of the spectrum.

I'm done with this topic, seek advice elsewhere...
