If you come back after a 5 year break, I'd suggest that you first "stick to" a simple symmetrical core ball. Your game might have changed or not be that stabel in the beginning, and strong mass bias balls need a stable game to exploit their potential for the player (as well as a ball driller who knows how to set it up for you then). The Cell, while an excellent ball from what I have seen, is such ball.
In your arsenal I'd see a big gap "above" the Trauma. While it was in its time (5 years back) a strong piece that had been advertised for medium to oily shots, it is IMHO (I have one, too) a medium condition ball by today's standards. If it still O.K., I'd make an oil extraction, refersh the surface, and use it for mediums, it is IMO a very good ball.
You might just need something stronger, e. g. a low RG solid ball with a matte surface. There are some very priceworthy pieces out there, e. g. the T-Road Solid from Storm, the Gamebreaker from Ebonite or the soon-to-come Copperhead from Brunswick. I'd put a stronger, rolly drilling on it, e .g. a 4x3 setup, that will make it suitable for longer, oily shots and yield an arcing reaction, also as a compliment to the Trauma (which is rather flippy).
If you get back into the game, I'd check for a asymmetrical piece at a later point, and it might then replace the Trauma and fill the medium oil range in your arsenal.
