Been fighting this for a month or more. Going to a chiropractor to work on the knee. Feels better than it has in the past. Still trying to bowl. Seems like I concentrate on the knee most of the time when bowling. I have had nothing good happening in bowling with the knee lately. Waiting for new knee sleeves to be delivered. Hopefully that will help me regain my form?! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Like continue to bowl or take time off. It doesn’t hurt that bad that I need to stop. But very frustrating with my performance. Thank you for any help!

Is the problem actually your knee or does it relate to something else like hip?
As long as there's no significant damage being done, it's just pain management.
I thought I was having a knee issue but it ended up being a hip impingement was/is the actual issue so more force/weight ends up on knee

Thought I had arthritis in my knee and it ended up being tendonitis.
Started icing my knee after bowling for 20 minutes two or three times before going to bowl again the next day and had zero pain.
Braces, OTC pain meds etc did nothing but ice was the perfect fix.

I will go back to icing it. I was told just use a heating pad and Volteran. Thank you!

My physical therapist told me to strengthen my glutes. He says that strong glutes makes for happy knees.

Thanks and I will get back to the gym and start working out again.
