Isn't easy, is it Jeff?  I went through this last year.  The woman that I found for the team has turned out to be very reliable in terms of attendance.  She even shot a 278 this past Saturday.  Of course, after a series like that, she was kinda bummed.  On the bright side, I finally got her talked into going to my pro shop and getting a new ball that fits her left hand properly instead of throwing 12 pound right hand drilled house balls.  She could throw an 18 pound ball if they were legal--strength is not a problem.  She handles the 12 pounders like balloons.

That's what I thought too...until I bowled a series on Friday that was 165 pins less than the one I bowled on Tuesday.
