Mojo,

Visit www.webbowler.com and click on the 2004 link for the Michigan State BA.  They'll post scores within a week after they're bowled.

Speaking of state tournaments, the Michigan WBA opens their tournament the weekend of Feb. 7-8 (and that's when I'm bowling).

Does anyone from Michigan have any idea what either of the centers are like?

Team:  Fairlanes, Grandville, MI

Doubles/Singles:  Westgate Bowl, Comstock Park, MI

Thanks

Hey Don,
I've been by Al's. A guy I bowl with in league claims the best burger in Michigan is in Monroe. I don't remember if he said it was Al's. I'll have to ask him. You folks won't see me post much. I don't seem to be home alot and I don't have a laptop yet so I read the posts that are of interest to me. See a lot of good info here.

To All,
I still haven't got any more info other than what I had been told but I do know some who'll be bowling over the next few weeks. I know the team house is synthetic and I was told the minors house was guardian/wood but I may have been given the wrong info. AS for the tournament it's the Michigan State Bowling Association tourney. Runs every year and its a handicap tournament for ABC Santioned teams. There are scratch options but you better be darn good. There are sidepots and brackets for scratch and handicap on-site.

For the womon's State tourney question...

Fairlanes is dead easy, and Westgate is having a lot of problems with their shot this year, but I liked it when I bowled there for men's state 2 years ago.

I dont' even have a team for states this year yet!
