Good morning BR members!

I'm considering making a move out of state, and one area that I keep hearing great things about is Austin, TX.  I'm hoping there are some on this site from the area who can help me with some information:

What do you like about it?  Who are some of the major employers in the area?  What is there to do for fun?  And, most importantly, what is the bowling like?

Any help would be great!

Austin is Texas.  It has a good music scene. There are plenty of clubs and restaurants and is a large college town.  Austin is home to Dell Computers and has some other technology companies.  There is plenty of bowling.  It's also surrounded by great camping areas and rafting locations.
