I have been bugging my pro shop operator for years to sell me his collectors "Kings of the Lanes" PBA vis-a-ball. I love the logo and sentiment.
The ball is only for collectors - it's 8 pounds, so I'd never drill it up.

I'd really like the ball, but he's told me he wants more than $100 for the ball. What would you think it's worth?

It's only worth what someone is willing to pay for it

Now if it had some bowling great's autograph's on it the value might increase.

Try e-bay or some of the bowling ball discount places you might get lucky that way.

Mumzie how about getting that ball and going to a PBA event if theres one near you and having all the exempt players sign it or just have a few of your fav's sign it. I have seen that ball and it is truely awesome looking. If I were you I would get it. Just My Opinion. CJ

It's only worth what you think it's worth. I paid WELL over $100 to win an undrilled 15# Black Manhattan Rubber (with original box). Depending on who you ask, it's value varies from worthless to priceless. If you want it, buy it. Otherwise, you'll regret passing it up. Besides, you can always sell it if you change your mind. At least you won't be drilling holes in it, being that it's 8 lbs. That Manhattan keeps tempting me

Great idea, C_J and bass!! The PBA will be about 4 hours away at some point this winter - I'll do just that!!!

And RandyO - you are so right. There have been other things in the past that I've regretted not picking up - so I will do it.
