Late to the party on this one.

46 in July with almost 42 years bowling with only 4 off years during my stint in the military.  Hope to last as long as what appears to be more than I thought over the age of 70 from this site.

This thread does not bode well for the future.

There is not nearly enough young blood coming in to offset the baby boomers who are
aging out of the ranks.

65.  With my stupid brain, I  think I am 30 when I step on the lanes.

Actually nothing to be ashamed of.... We all play as we turn the clock back.  Part of why the desire is still here with many of us.  Ageless can be a beautiful thing (as long as we know our limitations lol).

Lefty, nice post. I will be 70 in October- lots of aches in the morning that work out as the day goes on. I can still handle a 15 pound ball with a speed range of 13-15 mph. OK, not great, but not embarrassing. One of my teammates is 77 (this is NOT a Seniors League!) and tosses a 15 pounder with an average of 190. I am at 182.

Super Seniors, bowling is a great sport. We can still do it!

Anytime St. croix, play as long as your body will allow you to, and as much as you enjoy the game.

I remember Chavez Ravine before Dodger Stadium was built there, and I remember watching Dodger Stadium being built. I used to bleed Dodger Blue way back when (50's-60's). Loved that team and their super star make up. Not so much anymore. Yup, I be an oldie.  ;D
