Average increase in 1 year
« on: July 30, 2004, 05:53:40 AM »
Im just wondering what kind of average increases other members have had in a 1 year time frame ?

This year (aug 03 to aug-04)
I bowled 4 leagues 1 mens,2 mixed, 1 mixed summer
I started out in aug 03 at a 129 ave and finished now at the end of july with
a 162 ave. 33 pin increase. Im not sure how that stands up with most of you all out there but I would like some responses from you

4 years ago I averaged 117 in the first half of the league.
The second half 192.

The following year I averaged 227.

Then last year I quit leagues and averaged 277 bowling always by myself.
There were a lot of blue areas on automatic scorer!  He HE.

REgards,

PS actually my first year bowling left handed, I averaged 146 first half and 192 second half!  That was fun.  It was unfortunately a very long time ago!

Thanks for all the replies.
Im for sure going to have to increase my strike count if I am to get into the
200 range and continue to make spares.
The new fall leagues start at the end of Aug I'll just have to wait and see.
Thanks all
